Can you recreate a piece of jewellery seen on your website?
Some pieces are one off, but most can be re created with slight differences and taking into consideration gemstone availability.
May I order a bespoke piece?
Yes, we do arrange special commissions. Please email lilly@lillyhastedt.com or make an appointment so Lilly can discuss your idea. Please note that bespoke pieces may take up to twelve weeks to be completed.
How long does it take to produce a bespoke piece?
The time to produce a bespoke piece will vary depending on the time it takes to source materials and the complexity of the design, as all our jewellery is hand crafted.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all order. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. Please do ensure you are at the assigned address at time of delivery.
